Draw Textured Yarn (DTY) is produced from Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) through a high-speed texturing process. By utilizing texturing machines and twisting units, the yarn is drawn and permanently deformed to achieve its finished state.

Intermingled Yarn (NIM/SIM/HIM): Intermingled yarn is created by using jet flow within a network nozzle to entangle filaments, resulting in periodic nodes. This process enhances filament compactness and eliminates the need for certain subsequent textile stages, significantly improving the performance of DTY on water-jet looms. Depending on the intermingling intensity, we offer Non-Intermingled (NIM), Slight-Intermingled (SIM), and Heavy-Intermingled (HIM) options, alongside various multi-ply configurations.
